There's a reason the rule was made on Central. But your right, there is no rule about it on here.

Dragonblade, I highly doubt they would still need help. In fact, after two weeks, the person probably got help from someone else who posted in the thread (on the same day) or did the quest themselves. There's no need to bring the subject up again.
